Name a food worse than seed oils ☢️
This common American protein source stands alone in sheer toxicity and damage to health
Farmed salmon naturally has a ghostly-white color and is given dyes to achieve its signature orange hue.
Farmed salmon are primarily fed pellets of corn, soy, protein powders and rancid fish oil instead of their natural diet consisting of smaller fish. This results in:
Higher levels of omega-6 fats comparable to many seed oils
More fat to bioaccumulate industrial toxins and pesticides at concentrations 5x higher than most other protein sources
Other reasons to steer clear:
Bathed in dangerous pesticides like ethoxyquin to combat sea lice and other pests
Pumped full of antibiotics
Fed synthetic dyes Canthaxanthin to improve their color
Proven to cause obesity and diabetes in mice, see:
Overcrowded, thus swimming in waste
Genetically mutated from generations of horrible conditions
Low in vitamins found in wild salmon
